Well, I'm super excited about today's show.

Two of my very good friends join me in studio today.

Functional Med Doctor, Dr. Troy Spurl, and trauma surgeon, Dr. Tom Blee.

I introduced these two guys, I don't know, a few years ago, I think it was, and they became

fast friends.

So we're going to do something fun today.

At least I hope it's fun. I think it will be fun. We're going to do what we call a medical smackdown show.

You know, we need traditional medicine and functional medicine to come together.

And I'm so grateful that these two guys are so humble.

They both love Jesus.

They're just humble, amazing guys.

And so they are really modeling a friendship that needs to happen, I think, in the greater story.

Because I have this dream, you know, for the future of our health care, that these two worlds could come together.

Instead of eye roles and cynicism and self-righteousness and pride and ego, if they humbled themselves, those who are doing that and came together, I mean, I think we would all benefit.

And I just feel like Troy and Tom are doing that as good friends. They mean, I think we would all benefit. And I just feel like Troy and

Tom are doing that as good friends. They learn from each other. They encourage and challenge each other.

But just kind of like a game show today. I'm super excited about it. I'm going to talk about like
