| 1:13.6 | you know, we're really approaching what I consider truly holistic herbalism. |
| 1:19.6 | And, you know, when we think of holistic, |
| 1:23.6 | oftentimes kind of in, you know, the greater culture, |
| 1:28.4 | when people think of holistic medicine, |
| 1:30.1 | oftentimes they're like, oh, you know, |
| 1:32.1 | that's like taking vitamins and minerals |
| 1:34.2 | and, you know, homeopathic remedies and herbs and things like that. |
| 1:38.9 | And one of the things I always like to share is that, you know, |
| 1:43.5 | what makes you a holistic practitioner |
| 1:47.0 | isn't so much about what kind of remedy you give, be it an herb or a vitamin or a supplement |
| 1:55.0 | or a homeopathic, but it really has to do with how you give the remedies that you give. It's more of a perspective, |
| 2:03.7 | a perception, an orientation, an approach to how you see people, to how you see plants, |
