This is my fanboy MediaSpload, episode 13.

0:30.0

Hello, welcome to my fanboy MediaSpload. My name is Connor Copacic, and I'm here with Josh Flanagan.

0:39.2

Hi there, and Ron Richards. Hello, and this is the iFamily MediaSpload, our monthly show,

0:44.8

Unlocked by the patrons over at patreon.com slash iFanboy, who unlocked the show if we talk about

0:50.4

non-comics media, we do our weekly pick the week show, we talk about comics, we do our special edition

0:55.5

shows and our talks blows and most blows. This is our chance to talk about things that aren't related

0:58.4

to comic books. It's nice. It's a nice take a break. Cop out cleanser, which is great for all of us.

1:03.5

We normally start the show with discussing what we're going to enjoy on streaming, since we last spoke

1:09.3

because what else is there to do? We're still on lockdown, basically. So why don't we start off?

1:15.1

I'll start off. All right, I move forward. So this past month I've been watching a lot of Oscar

1:19.5

films and anticipation of the Oscars that happened past weekend, so I didn't watch a lot of shows,

1:24.0

we paused our shitscreek viewing, but what I wanted to highlight was a network show that's also available

1:30.7

on peacock. People don't have cable, and it's the young rock show. It's the sitcom on NBC created by

1:38.8

the rock twin Johnson. You're kidding. It sounds like exactly the kind of thing that Connor would

1:43.7

really like if it wasn't garbage. One camera 30 minutes sitcom about the rock's life, and it's

1:49.4

the light full on many levels. First of all, the rock is in it. The conceit of the show is kind of

1:55.2

dumb. It's that in 2000 and like 32 or something of rocks running for president. And so while he's

2:01.9

on the campaign trail, he tells stories of his life. That's the conceit of the show. So this is like

2:06.7

everybody hates Chris, but yes, Randall Park is the interviewer always interviewing him. So the

2:12.4

two of them open and close each episode. I'm going to recommend this to you guys for two reasons.

2:17.8

We all love the rock. Sure. The actors playing the rock. So you see that you see him in high school,

2:23.3

you see him as like an eight-year-old, and you see him in college. Everyone playing the rock is
