I saw a headline yesterday that gave new meaning to the word clickbait.

It concerns the Malibu fires, which are nothing to joke about, covering 4,000 acres right now,

and threatening lots of homes.

But this headline just said, Malibu fires, 20,000 evacuate, including Dick Van Dyke,

share. The other 19,998 don't really matter. I mean, look, obviously a lot of celebrities live in

Malibu, and those homes are threatened, and I'm taking no

pleasure in reporting that, but it was just a juxtaposition. By the way, Dick Van Dyke,

who turns 99 tomorrow, incredible performer. I mean, 60 years ago, he and Mary Tyler Moore

starred in probably the most popular sitcom on TV at that time. And of course, you know,

he was in Mary Poppins. But he made a video recently in which he's, you know, dancing and singing

and going all over the floor. We should all be so lucky. All right. A little bit of

an interesting personnel move here. Carrie Lake has been chosen by the president-elect to head

the voice of America. Now, she obviously is a big Trump loyalist. I had her on my show

when she was running unsuccessfully for the Senate this year. She had two campaigns.

The first one for governor, she lost and said that it had been, it was a fraudulent loss.

And she also has defended Donald Trump, talking about 2020 election.

And then this time she lost, but didn't make any claims of fraud.
