| 0:00.0 | This is Paul Adamson and I'm in conversation with Peter Foster. Peter Foster is the Europe |
| 0:12.1 | editor of the British newspaper, The Daily Telegraph. Peter, we're only a few days away now from this referendum. |
| 0:17.8 | I'd like to ask you give you your assessment of the campaigns on the |
| 0:21.6 | Remain and the Leave side. And after that, I'll ask you about the media coverage. |
| 0:25.6 | But let's start first of all with the two main camps, Remain and Leave. |
| 0:28.6 | What is your general view of each camp is before me its campaigning? |
| 0:32.6 | You know, it's been very tight. The Remain camp have focused overwhelming on the economic arguments, |
| 0:38.3 | the potential costs of a Brexit to your pension most recently, and of course the ruling party, |

| 1:19.9 | It's about mobilising their core votes because the polls show it's neck and neck, |
| 1:23.9 | it's very close, and then arguably the team that gets their supporters to the |
| 1:28.7 | voting booths is the team that's going to win this. Well, there's a lot of talkers you know about |
| 1:33.0 | project fear, and each side is saying the other side is engaging in scared tactics. I mean, |
| 1:39.0 | what is your view? Are both sides equally guilty of these scare tactics? Yeah, I think they are actually. I think both sides have gone to the limits of what it's possible to say. |
| 1:49.0 | So the Brexit side say we send £350 million a week to Brussels. Well, we don't. |
| 1:55.0 | If you take about the rebate and you take about what comes back in structural funds, it's much less than that. |
