That's CNN host, Andy Phillip, wrongly claiming that the ISIS-inspired terror attack in New York City

was targeting Mayor Mondami during her show on Monday.

She has since, via X, apologized,

but some are seeing her apology as leaving open the possibility

that the mayor may have just been among the targets for that
