Hello everyone, welcome to Friday's episode of Pantsuit Politics.

We're recording from Houston, Texas, where we are on the road for a conference

and then headed from here to Getty'sburg, Pennsylvania for our live show.

We're going to be talking about CNN's lawsuit against the administration

as well as some election issues.

I feel like saying some election issues sounds much less serious than what happened.

So we'll get into all of that.

First, Sarah, you wanted to kick off our discussion on Gemakostas with this very compelling,

I think, observation from Bob Woodward, yes.

So for those of you who don't know, CNN has filed a lawsuit this week

accusing the White House of violating Gemakostas' first and fifth amendment rights

by revoking his press credentials after they claimed that he put his hands on a White House intern.

There was a video, people say they don't for the video, on, on, on, drama, drama, drama.

And I think that Bob Woodward's observations about this conflict is very good,

which is he says that the remedy for this is not a lawsuit.

It's more serious reporting about what he's doing.
