Hello my friends welcome back. It is time for the morning mindset.

dig into God's Word so that you and I can align our minds with his truth today.

Let's think about today. Not tomorrow, not the next day. Let's keep focused today because

God's Word will enable us to live this day in a way that honors him. If we learn from

it, if we apply it with help of his Holy Spirit, today we're going to be looking at Proverbs

chapter 26 verse number 17, one verse, but it's so full of meaning we're going to get to that

noticed the title for this episode is meddling. Meddling. Now that's a word we don't use

very often. A meddler is a person who gets involved in other people's situations, kind of

in a way that's not helpful. They're actually usually have a motive to get involved in a

way that's, I don't know, to their benefit or to the harm of the others sometimes might

be the case. But we're reading a verse here in verse 17 of Proverbs 26 that uses this

word meddling. And it says, whoever meddles in a quarrel, not his own, is the like one

who takes a passing dog by the ears. And I think that is just the most descriptive illustration

to use here. Picture yourself walking down the street, you're out on a walk with your

significant other. And you see a dog coming. And it's a dog that you know nothing about.
