We're talking about Thanksgiving this week as, as it's appropriate.

And there's nothing I love more than when segments of the meat industry

fight each other and that's what's going on on meeting place.com one of the industry sites that we

follow all the time all right this is by this guy Gregory bloom and he starts off by saying cancel

the turkey keep the holiday he's holiday. He's all about,

he's all about red meat. And he thinks it's high time, quote, we ditched the whole bird turkey

tradition and opted for something smarter, tastier, and far easier on the supply chain. I could not agree with that more.

Unfortunately, the alternatives he's proposing, of course, are not what I would propose.

He starts up by saying that the turkey industry is in trouble.

You know, obviously, bird flu is big problem.

And he thinks this is a really big problem that they have to gear up every year for this

huge, huge supply, and then wait 51 weeks for the next sprint.

And processors are increasingly steering capacity toward boning out parts.
