I'm Puck's senior political correspondent, and this is Somebody's Got to Win.

Donald Trump has made a lot of promises about what he will do on day one, like for example, the biggest deportation in history.

He's also said he will slap a 25% tariff on Mexico and Canada,

and pardon January 6th insurrectionists.

And then there are other things that he plans to do like eliminate DACA and birthright citizenship,

or DAC the Paris Climate Agreement,

shrink national monuments to allow more drilling and mining,

oh, and end all foreign wars, among many other things. But how many of these things can he do by

himself with executive order alone? He has basically vowed to reverse all of the 143 executive orders signed by Joe Biden.

And he can do that.

But what is actually actionable?

What has teeth?

What is he capable of accomplishing with just the executive branch of power that doesn't

require congressional approval?
