I could tell you, I've put a lot of work into developing the talking points and thoughts that I want to deliver today on this

podcast and I really like that this talking point, this entire conversation, the framework of

it came from a listener email. The listener's name is Adam and he sent me this email that honestly it put together the path for this conversation and what I'm actually going to do is

answer all of his questions in this podcast one by one which will answer the bigger question which is about how the
