anymore. Correct. What's up, Laker fans? Welcome to the Laker Film Room podcast. I'm Pete, joined by

Darius and Mike. And the Lakers started the 2020-24 season, just like how they ended the 2020-23

season with the loss to Denver in pretty convincing manner. Lakers got out of the gates

pretty hot offensively, but could not get a stop. LeBron goes out at the 607 mark. Lakers are down

20 to 16. They only score four more points in the final 607 of the first quarter and end up going

down 34 to 20 and never really recovering from

all the way from that first quarter.

It was a game certainly of runs and of different matchups and places where Lakers look

good at certain points and really rough at others, particularly on the offensive end.

We will get into that.

A little run at the end of the second quarter, cut it to nine, I believe, at half time.

Both starting groups kind of played each other close, and Lakers cut it down to, I believe,

a two or three point game at one point late in the third quarter.
