Summary

(Revelation 14:1-5) In the Revelation God never leaves us with a picture of earth; He always lifts us back to the throne and to God. While Satan does his worst on earth we see the victory of the Lamb and the 144,000 who come to Him in the Tribulation period. God is always greater and we are on the winning side! I have to tell you today that one of my favorite things about the flow of the book of Revelation

0:41.2

is how the Lord gives us these heavy sections about judgment, about Satan, the Antichrist,

he lifts us back to heaven.

1:02.8

He takes us back to God. He doesn't let us stay under that thought. He shows us that beyond this world, there's something else going on. So today we turn the page. We move from Revelation

12 and 13, where we see what the devil is doing on earth

1:13.3

during the Tribulation Age. And we turn to Revelation 14, verse number one. And we get a little

1:18.9

picture of what's going on in glory. Meanwhile, back in heaven, here's what you find. Revelation 14,

1:25.1

verse 1 begins this way, and I looked, and lo, a lamb stood on the Mount Zion.

1:32.1

Don't you love this?

1:33.5

While Satan is doing his worst, while the Antichrist is leading the rebellion, while the false prophet is spewing forth lies, meanwhile, back in heaven, the lamb is still standing.

1:47.0

The lamb is standing on top of the mountain overlooking the valley. He's standing on Mount Zion.

1:52.9

Oh, what a beautiful picture of victory. Praise God for this. And the Bible goes on in verse number one to say,

1:58.9

and with him, 140,000 having his father's name written in their foreheads.

2:04.6

Now, maybe you've heard about the 144,000.

2:08.2

There's been a lot of debate about this 144,000.

2:11.8

And frankly, there's some false religious groups that claim they're a part of the 144,000,

2:16.8

or they misinterpret this 144,000.
