Today, the January 6th Committee has announced it will vote on criminal referrals

in a public hearing scheduled this coming Monday. The Department of Justice is trying to access data

in Rep Scott Perry's phone. Another associate of Joel Greenberg has been arrested and

another dies by suicide. FTX CEO Sam Bankman Fried has been indicted and arrested in the Bahamas

and Rep Carolyn Maloney asked the National Archives to search a Trump storage unit.

I missed you yesterday. Oh, I was appreciate you covering me when I can't be here. So I missed

you as well and this nice to be back in the ears of the Beans listeners. Yes, it's always

weird to read the good news to you and I when it's just me. Yeah. Hello ladies, I'm like, hey,

All right. So January 6th Committee is going to hold a public vote Monday, not just on criminal

referrals, but referrals to ethics committees, referrals to bar associations, all sorts of referrals

and they're going to do that publicly on Monday and they're also going to vote to release the final

report, which is due Wednesday. So we'll all be watching on Monday. I'll be live tweeting.

Who said the holidays were going to be boring and quiet? Oh, they will not be and I know we're

not going to cover this today in in in long form, but the president has signed the respect for

Marijacked into law. This is a very big fucking deal. If you are already legally married,

that will be protected. And if you want to get married in a state that believes in it, it will

always be protected. So this is a huge thing and it was attended by thousands of LGBTQ activists
