Great. Doing great. Happy New Year to you. Outstanding. We're going to go. First, we

got a couple of housekeeping items. I was thinking about you, Joe, and I was speaking of Kansas

City, my editor, Jenna Jenner. Who, you know, I believe. I do. Jenna sent me as a housewarming

gift, a box of Kansas City stakes a couple of years ago. And my goodness, those were good.

I got to say, and as a Christmas gift, I paid it forward and I sent a box of Kansas City

stakes to my neighbor. And that was my New Year's resolution. Just for being a good friend.

So the New Year's resolution in 2023 is trying to do something nice just because nice matters,

people like nice. That's where I'm going this year.
