At the end of the day, I spoke to my team this morning.

You know, I basically told them that I said some things that were misconstrued.

I didn't present it properly, and that's on me.

So I took accountability, told the guys that

you know, I should know better. And I had a bad day. So I figured, you know, feeling better today.

Let's move forward. So to me, as far as I'm concerned, it's really now about the most important thing.

That's getting ready for football. That was Ron Rivera yesterday trying to clean up the mess that he

created on Monday.

I actually think he did a pretty good job yesterday.

Cooley's going to jump on with us.

I'm not exactly sure what Cooley has.

I gave him a short list of things to look at for the Tennessee game,

and I told him to be prepared to talk about

the Bears because the game's tomorrow night. We'll see what he has. He's going to join us next.

Then Joe Beninati will be on the show, longtime voice of the Capitals on NBC Sports Washington

with Craig Lachlan. The Caps open up their season tonight against the Bruins.

So we will talk to Joe B at the end of the show. I start the show with this tweet from Jason. Kevin,

you and many other reporters in town really went to bat for Ron yesterday. Seemed like you guys were all in cahoots.

Seemed like a stretch to me.
