Oh yes. Welcome to the Robcast. It's episode 295 and I am here with one of my favorite

spiritual teachers, colleague, partner in the whole thing. Trace Bell. What an intro,

my goodness. How'd you like that? I love that. Yeah. And I'm excited about this one.

I know this one's been brewing for a while. Yeah. Yeah. Long time. Because this episode

is called me, we, everybody, but part one. Because here's what we want to do. We want

to, we're going to do a new series of episodes here about how we grow. So how you would

summarize this is the best way to say it. Yeah. Yeah. How humans, how we all evolve and

how human, a pattern of human development. Yeah. The data has shown in research. Yeah. Right,

right. So basically over the past 100 years, for the first time in human history, there's

this massive amount of research that has now been essentially brought together on how

human beings mature, grow, develop and evolve. And for the first time, you have theorists

who have taken across cultures and time periods and what we know from human history and have

essentially noticed that there is a pattern and pretty much, there's at least a hundred

models that scholars and researchers have come up with on how humans grow. But they all

basically affirm there are these stages. Yeah. And so if you're ever heard of the work

of Claire Graves or Susan Cook-Grooter or James Fowler or Jane Loveinger or my friend,

Ken Wilber, if you've ever heard about spiral dynamics, first and second to your consciousness,

have you ever heard people talk about colors? Like are you really our center of gravity

was blue, but they move from orange to green? All of that, we are going to give you our

take. Is that the case? We're going to give our model of all the models. We're going

to integrate all of the integrations. Yeah. So this is going to take a while. And in this
