Hello, I hope you are well. In the national system of people disappeared from the

Department of Justice of the United States. There is a total of 16 hours of Puerto Rico

that disappear. But it is estimated that the real number can be much greater.

The date of these disappearances goes from 1974 to 2016.

More than 600,000 people disappear in the United States every year. Many of these

people appear pretty fast and in good health. However, hundreds of thousands of

people disappear and their cases are still unclear. It is estimated that in the United States

can be recovered from some 4,400 bodies, not identified every year and approximately

thousands of those bodies remain to identify. In Puerto Rico we have had very

notorious cases of missing children, such as the case of Rolanditos Alas-Jusino or the

brother John and Janina Colona. However, there are other cases that I had a lot of

attention and I want to talk to you today about the disappearance of the children of Michelinit

Delphi Feliciano, Angel Torres Irizari and Marco Santonio Cruz.

Michelinit Delphi Feliciano born on January 11, 1988. The May 2nd, 1990,

in the four-year-old girl, was visiting her grandparents in the various aunties' house.

About eight at night, the girl was playing in the neighbor's bedroom,

what we know in Puerto Rico as a big wheel. While her mother and her grandparents

were at a little distance inside her house, Don Erilberto, the grandmother of Michel,

heard a car crash accelerating abruptly and as if she had been playing in gasoline. Don Erilberto

asked herself for the child, but she did not know where she was. She only read a brief
