| 0:00.0 | Hey everybody, Joe here, psychedelics today. Welcome back. Thanks again for tuning in. Today on the show, we have |
| 0:14.7 | another underground MDMA therapist going by the name is Selena. And we recorded this one on the 5th of April. |
| 0:24.0 | And it was great. |
| 0:25.3 | We had the ability to bring up some really interesting stuff from the older gentleman's interview, |
| 0:32.4 | the first MDMA, I call it Confessions. |
| 0:35.2 | So that was cool. |
| 0:35.9 | But yeah, this person has been doing the work for about a year |
| 0:39.0 | and has seen incredible results that we get into in the show. |
| 0:43.4 | And it's really promising. |
| 0:44.6 | With a couple anecdotes, you can see just how substantial |
| 0:48.5 | the changes in this therapy modality can be. |
| 0:52.5 | And talk therapy alone really just pales in comparison. |
| 0:56.7 | She does somatic work, kind of like what Kyle is going to school for and somatic therapy. |
| 1:04.0 | So using body stuff, voice, massage, movement, stuff like that. There's probably a lot more that I |
| 1:10.7 | don't even know about. |
| 1:11.6 | I'm not the one going to grad school for that. But, you know, really interesting therapy modalities |
| 1:15.3 | and they seem very relevant to us because our breathwork techniques really seem to fit into |
| 1:21.3 | that mold quite well. So I hope you enjoy this one. Let us know what you think. Reach out. |
| 1:26.5 | You have any questions? Maybe we can facilitate asking about that. There's been a lot of questions coming in about how do I find a therapist that's willing to work with me? I don't have a good answer. You know, there's if you go international, you can find stuff legally. Um, but it's, you know, not MDMA, obviously, uh, and unfortunately, perhaps a place where this stuff is decriminalized like Portugal might be a solution. So, you know, perhaps check that out. But this is something that, uh, we're going to keep developing and trying to figure out because I know there's a lot of people out there that need this urgently, you know, they're on the brink of suicide or, you know, a divorce or losing |
| 2:02.5 | their job and their whole life falling apart. And, uh, this therapy is maybe one of the few things |
| 2:07.7 | that could really help them out. That's it for the intro, a couple announcements. We are still |
| 2:13.2 | making available our psychedelic self-care and integration class. You can find it at psychedelics today. |
