the show last week I apologize all right I just have to apologize.

But some personal news, we welcomed a baby daughter into the world last Monday at about

630 a.m. So it was going to be very challenging for us to put forth a quality show that afternoon.

So I apologize to those of you that came to the channel and ordered the podcast and then find anything.

So I'd take a week off.

That's our paternity leave here on always college football.

You have a baby, you get a week.

Kubiak will probably try to take like a year.

But either way, we took a week and we appreciate your patience with all of that.

We are happy to be back with you.

We have a great show in store for you.

It's going to be awesome. We have a great guest in Todd Black lives that will join the show.

We're going to talk a lot about what it was like playing back in the early 80s, what it looks like in the future now,

as we transition to a new world of college football.

We're going to talk a lot about what realignment might do for the big 10,

his new job at NBC and just kind of dive into the weeds with where he thinks the sport is going.

I think he's the best in the business and I'm very grateful to be able to spend some time with him today.
