McDonald's restaurants in Altoona, Pennsylvania, were review bombed online after a suspect was arrested in

connection with the shooting of a United Health executive. That prompted Google to remove the negative

reviews. United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson was fatally shot last Wednesday, triggering a nationwide

manhunt for the shooter. Luigi Mangione was arrested at a McDonald's and Altoona on Monday after an employee

tipped off police.

Mangioni has been charged with one count of secondary murder and four other charges.

Thompson's murder unleashed social media rage against U.S. health insurers, with many

users showing no sympathy for the executive's death and instead slamming companies for denying

claims or care.

Following Mangiani's arrest, negative and one-star ratings were posted for around three

McDonald's locations in around El Tuna, complaining about snitches. A Google spokesperson told
