0:18.6	The House will reconvene and test Congressman Kevin McCarthy's confidence that he can
0:22.7	win over the remaining holdouts he needs to become Speaker-elect and avoid this fate for
0:27.4	a 14th straight time.
0:33.2	A majority of the votes cast, the Speaker has not been elected.
0:39.0	After that losing effort, which saw him flip 15 no votes over to his side, the House
