So I'm going to kind of break down, go all the way to three years ago, and kind of break down what

was happening, what happened, and what I think is going to happen. So let's get right into

my market outlook for Q4 and beyond. So right now, and previously, I'd say probably for the last

12 months, there's a lot of fear and uncertain in the market. And so even with, you know,

strong inflation unemployment data,

the Federal Reserve has still hesitated to lower interest rates. Now, if Trump has this way,

that will change here, but truly in 2026, but so far very hesitant, very slow to react.

And real estate has been in the news and not in a good way, right? Rising home prices, bad. Housing is

less affordable than ever. Bad. Most office buildings are foreclosure, even some apartment buildings,

also bad. But is it possible that fear uncertain mean that there's opportunity somewhere? Does that

mean opportunity? And certain Warren Buffett has said be fearful when others are

greedy and greedy only when others are fearful and it seems like we're kind of in a fearful
