Summary

If you appreciate great politicians, you have to admire the brilliance of Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas. At just 36, he has his sights set on the Senate and of course, the White House. He's so good he can defund the police in secrecy in just two hours with a Council vote and then turn around and go on Fox News and convince some Republicans he didn't defund the police and he stands for local and smaller government.
