So, you wanted to talk about your new prescription drug plan, which is out this morning.

This is an issue.

This is like every voter says this is incredibly important to them, even if it's not in the headlines

all the time.

And so, I guess to start out, the centerpiece of this really is to say that the government

should negotiate prices in Medicare and then make the fruits of that negotiation available

to essentially every patient and every health plan everywhere.

Is that right?
