But we start with our city hall reporter, Elizabeth Kim, after Mayor Mamdani's big budget address

yesterday, his first as mayor with many really interesting specifics of what the city

is going to spend money on or cut, consistent with his

philosophies and with the budget realities that the city is facing and he has to face as mayor.
