Mayhem affiliate together. Thanks for having me. Thanks for including me in there. Give us some background, you know.

So I owned and ran my own CrossFit affiliate for seven years.

And then when I was ready to transition on from there, I decided to join the best company in the world.

It's been awesome.

So kind of talk about, I guess, where you started out, I guess, with Jake and Darren

and then what you've kind of like, the role you've kind of adapted, you know, it's kind of

been, it was Wild West in the beginning, Darren, you know, taking videos.

Wild West with the shoes on, you know, so like, you know, how's it kind of professionalized over the years, I guess.

I mean, keeping Darren in line is half of my job.

Breach, been there, still there.

But the nice part about my background is that since I've been a gym owner, I can see that side of it.

So Darren might want to program every piece of equipment in the entire gym in one workout.

And that would be really fun, but kind of hard for gym owners.
