In fact, everybody seems so happy.

Tommy, when I recorded the podcast yesterday, late yesterday afternoon, I had not yet seen the press conference involving the mayor, Phil Mendelsso, and Ted Leonis.

And I watched it afterwards.

I mean, it's so nice that everybody's getting along so well.

Well, you know what?

Apparently, Ted and the mayor, they've been talking all along.

Oh, they've had dates.
