1:05.0 | I'll be delighted to do that. Samantha, the animal person that I'm going to be talking about today was a listener request. |
1:13.0 | She said she had been seeing swallows all around her house this spring and wanted to know what they mean. |
1:19.0 | And what they mean is exactly that. They're around your house, they're around your property, they're around your barns, |
1:26.0 | because they represent home and perspective and protection for your home. And they do indeed show up this time of year. |
1:37.0 | You know, some of the things that we take as signs as we connect with our animals friends are really just the shifts of the season. |
1:48.0 | And it's not that the animals have changed. It's that our awareness of them has changed that I think has become more aware of the world around us and our connection to that world and spirit through that world. |
2:06.0 | We become more aware of the four-legged winged swimming crawling folks who are also around us. |
2:13.0 | So that's what it follow is all about. They really are representative of protection and nurturing of the earth and of our own space. |

2:34.0 | And of course, we see that where we live a lot too. So just know that some of the things that we do to attract folks to our yards have been done for thousands and thousands of years. |

2:55.0 | They love to to comport in the sky. And it's important to remember that if you really are connected to swallow energy because it reminds yourself to let go and not be so bound by your past and that you really can fly free. |
