Hello, partners. This is Andrew Womack, and I want to give you an update on some things,

specifically, primarily about our God TV acquisition that we've got. We finalized that in December,

and we've already seen a lot of movement. We've already signed a contract

with Comcast. We are dealing with Spectrum, and Spectrum just bought Cox. That is a big deal. We

aren't for sure exactly how that's going to work out, but we think that we will also have an

en route onto Cox when we finalize a deal with Spectrum.

So those are already major things. And of course, you know that God TV is different than our

gospel truth network that we had where everybody that we had on there was primarily

inside of our ministry. We had a few guests, but we didn't charge anybody for airtime.

On God TV, we are selling airtime, and we have now begun a process of contacting a lot of the

major broadcasters in the world who have not been on God TV. And primarily the reason for that

is because God TV has been big overseas,

but it only has one outlet on direct TV in the U.S. So we've already added Comcast to that.

And as I said, we're dealing with Spectrum and with Cox. And we have plans to be on a number of

other different ones. I forget all of the names. I remember by the end

of this year, they're hoping to be on YouTube TV, which that will be the only Christian

network on YouTube TV. So we have the potential, and we're just now getting started. And we've

already, I think, got three different programmers who have come on and joined with us.

We've got about maybe a dozen more that we're dealing with.

I'm not sure how many of those will actually follow through.

But what we're presenting to them is that in the United States it has a small footprint,

but we are beginning to grow it and we have a three-year plan that I believe that
