I'm a longtime listener of enlightened empaths and have also received incredible readings from the

both of you in the past. I'm so grateful for the work you both do.

I have to share a wild experience with you in the enlightened M-PAP community and hear any

feedback or comments you have on this matter. I recently had to get a tonsillectomy at the age of 31.

Usually having tonsils removed happens when you're young.

So to be an adult and having them removed is slightly uncommon, but nothing to be worried about.

I knew that for me, this surgery was symbolic in many ways.

As a little girl, I was sexually and emotionally abused for many years, which later manifested into not speaking my truth in fear of being hurt,

not allowing myself to be vulnerable, severe codependency and people pleasing.

And I always wanted to say the right thing in fear of upsetting someone who could potentially

abuse me. So I always knew that my throat chakra was one of my chakras that need a lot

of work and love and attention. The last six to seven years, I've done tons of personal development.

I worked with a trauma therapist for about five years, have done a significant amount of energy

work with healers, practice yoga, and meditate daily.

I've also recently started my own coaching business as an empowerment coach and trauma survivor

advocate. So having my tonsil removed felt like a very emotional full circle healing moment for me.
