I was hoping to get your advice and insight on my experience with connecting to spirit.

I'm a Reiki practitioner and have been dabbling in mediumship as well.

When I do Reiki sessions, my intuition is clear,

and I can sense things going on in the body and mind of my client.

I typically work with my paternal grandmother and occasionally my

maternal grandfather during sessions. When I connect to them, it's very clear. I see my grandmother

in my mind's eye and she helps guide me through the body and lets me know when it's time to move to a new

spot. My grandfather typically comes in when I'm working

on my mom, his daughter, or when I meditate and need guidance on family matters. His energy feels like a

big teddy bear hug. I know I trust my intuition when I connect with them, so I don't necessarily

feel like I need ways to validate that I'm connecting with

them because I just know I am. When I try to connect with others loved ones, I know I connect with

someone, but I really struggle with getting a way to validate who I'm connecting with. I know my ego

is probably just eager to connect, which is blocking my intuition. So any tips on that would be great.
