I don't know what you should do, Mike.

0:02.6

I think I'd rather take a bullet in the head.

0:04.4

I'd rather stick needles in my eyes. I don't know what to say. Felger and Mass. The Beyond Dumb 2 to 6 show, right? Jackpot! 985, the Sports Hub. Okay, thoughts, as promised. Here's Dave on Rhode Island. On Rhode Island. In Rhode Island on the Red Sox. Hi, Dave. Hey guys, thanks for taking my call.

I just wanted to give you my two cents on last Island. In Rhode Island on the Red Sox. Hi, Dave. Hey, guys. Thanks for taking my call. I just wanted to give you my two cents on last night

the ejection. I don't think it was intentional. I also don't think it's crazy to think that

0:30.5

a guy would throw a curveball to make it look unintentional. But with that said, I agree with the umpire's decision for this reason.

0:40.8

Now, obviously based on what's happened and the MLB talking to the managers, they don't want

anyone getting hit, understandably. So the ums probably said, hey, if you can't control your pitches,

0:49.7

if you can't keep them away from the batter's body, you're out, because if they left him in and then issued warnings and any or two later, he lets go of a fastball, loses it, and it drills the guy, they're going to either have a fight or the whole thing's going to continue again. 1:15.2

And that's based on what happened over the two weeks, it's, hey, enough's enough, you know.

1:19.9

That's got to add.

1:20.9

Okay.

1:21.0

Jimmy M. Frozen, of course, line five, if you let him go.

1:23.5

Thanks for the call, Dave.

1:24.8

I did find it interesting. Of course, he overreacted. I'm like, that's obvious.

1:27.9

And he went, Sam Holbrook, the umpire, you know, was trying to send a message and get the whole thing under control. I mean, clearly. But the debate is, was that even ridiculous considering all of that? It just don't throw someone out on a 77 mile an hour curb ball. But I did find it interesting when we played that Baltimore play-by-play,

1:45.8

You know, he said something along those lines, which I, which I had never heard of because again, I've never seen anyone in, I've never seen a beanball incident with a curb ball. But maybe Palmer says it happens.

2:02.4

Yeah, throw off the scent of the dogs, right?

2:04.3

And look, Palmer would know because he had a wail of a curveball.

2:07.4

So on top of it all, look, I just don't think.
