In late summer of 2022, "International Cryptids and Legends," the follow-up, was released , and remained in the number 1 bestseller spot for two weeks straight and is now a two-time bestseller. Hey, good afternoon. Thanks for having me on. Yeah, I get that question a lot.

So two of my passions in life, one would be monsters, obviously. I love monsters. I love creatures.

And also, a hardcore punk musician. And one of my first loves was punk music as a young child and somebody

looked at me and kind of made the combination between the two passions and said you're like the

crypto punk or the crypto punk ologist and from there it just kind of took off but that's kind of the

reason behind it the two passions that I hold in life it's just kind of like a nickname that kind of combines both of them.

So when speaking of punk musicians, who are your favorite artists?

Well, there's some that the punk community probably really wouldn't know a whole lot about.

One is the Orange County Supertones. They're more of kind of

like a ska band, but obviously you're like misfits, circle jerks, chrome mags, a lot of the

older punk bands that kind of started it and really really kind of pushed the agenda of punk music.

I mean, a lot of the music today that's coming out,
