You've entered the Paracast with your host, Jane Steinberg and David Beedney. You know, we don't discuss the mechanics of the show very much, but as most of you know,

they don't care.

They don't care.

They're like, just give us the paranormal stuff.

We don't care how it happens.

American audiences, I don't want to assume that we just have American people listening,

but people, for the most part, they don't care how the shows done. They just want the content,

even the NSA, they especially want the content. They're listening to every word. Well, we take

things in advance and we recorded an interview for tonight's show with Kenneth Thomas, the power, politics,

or conspiracy theory expert, we have never had more aggravation.

It was bad, right? That was just terrible.

Well, every so often he would say, I can't hear you. Would you repeat that?

And we lose the connection. We have to re-access the connection.

And the way we did it is we're using peer-to-peer network software called Skype. And then we use a

standard dial-up connection from Skype. This is complicated, folks, to call a person on a regular

telephone. And this usually works beautifully. Nine times out, 10. Usually. Usually. But this time,

every seven or eight minutes, we had to stop. We had to push the pause control, reestablish a connection.

And one time, David sounded like he had fries in his mouth. Well, and then there was the Skype just

quitting on both of our machines without any kind

of a message, without any kind of a warning, Skype just dumping out.

It's never happened to me before, Gene.
