A man and his grandson called the police that day to report a burned-out hatchback car on the side of the road.

And almost immediately, the authorities had an idea of who the vehicle belonged to.

19-year-old Natasha Aitchley had gone to a party the previous night and never came home.

The authorities eventually called her mother to unlock the car

so they could search for further clues.
