2021. Let's get into the mix. Here are your Washington headlines of the day. Number one, where things

stand in the Senate. Hint, it's a mess. Number two, Biden's budget and number three, new details on

congressional financial disclosures. All right, Jake, where did things stand in the

Senate? I feel like there was some talk and we were thinking maybe it'll be easy. They'll be

out on Thursday, but things are really, uh, look like they could extend into the weekend now.

Well, that's a, there's a big question about that. I guess the question will be,

well, let's start from the beginning here. You know, so yesterday morning, Thursday morning,

there was a, so they're on this bill, which is non-controversial. That's the irony of this

all. They're on an non-controversial bill, a bill that was theoretically non-controversial to combat China's rise.

It's a bunch of tech policy semiconductor stuff.

This bill, when it finally gets to final passage at like, you know, maybe in 2060, is going to get, you know, 80 or 90 votes.
