Bonaroo is already sold out, so it only makes sense that this summer, the Coachella of the GOP will happen to. Our viewers would all like to know when you will hold your next rally. They're waiting to see you in person. When are you going to do that next? So relatively soon we'll be doing one in Florida. We're going to do one in Ohio. We're going to do one in Georgia. We're going to do one in North Carolina.

We'll be announcing them very soon over the next week or two.

And I think we'll probably start in Florida and Ohio.

And we'll be announcing the rallies very shortly.

That was former President Donald Trump on OAN last week confirming that, yes, he'll be coming to a battleground state near you with a rally this summer.

While the official schedule isn't even out yet and Playbook is already learning, not all

Republicans are excited about Trump's imminent return to the stump.

Some tell Politico they're dreading them, fearing his appearances could cause a major headache

for the party as it mounts a bid to take back Congress in 2022.

Our sources say his rallies will give him a new platform to spout election conspiracy theories

and air his grievances. Two talking points most Republicans say they're desperate to move on from and instead focus

on rebutting Biden's agenda.

One senior House Republican aide for a lawmaker typically thought of as one of Trump's biggest backers in Congress broke with that reputation, putting it like this.

Quote, if we win back the majority in 17 months, it's going to be in spite of Trump, not because

of Trump. Here's what we know. Trump is expected to hit the road in early June, ramping up his

political presence as we get closer to the midterms.

Earlier this week, Politico reported that Trump is expected to unveil a new policy agenda.

One, he's cooking up with Newt Gingrich and is based on the former House Speaker's 1994 platform called the quote,
