Today we visit Southern California where a routine package pickup turned into a deadly encounter.

In Arizona, tragedy struck when a father and his two young children were found dead inside their home.

Finally, we head to Missouri where a woman

died in the hospital in what can only be described as a story straight from a

Hollywood script. On May 16th, 2024, 60 year old Elijah Bulls drove over to the 29 Palms post office with a friend.

While there, Elijah was notified about a package that was ready for pickup.

He grabbed the package, walked out to his car, and began driving away.

On the drive, though, Eliza's friend started to open the box

when suddenly the friend threw the box at him in a frantic state.

Immediately the pair pulled over and

Elijah placed the box on a curb for their safety.

He then went and found a stick to open the box and to his surprise, found a live rattlesnake inside.

After the discovery,

Elijah called 911, and responding deputies with the San Bernardino Sheriff's Office

arrived on scene.

Because this package went through the Dino Sheriff's Office arrived on scene.

Because this package went through the U.S. Postal Service,

deputies forwarded the report to the U.S. Postal Inspector

Service to handle the investigation.

And through the investigation, it was determined this week that the package was in the mail system for roughly two weeks and listed as fragile.

It was mailed from the city of Hayward, California in the East Bay Area, yet
