0:06.7	Gospels. The Gospels are the first four books of the New Testament in the Bible,
0:10.3	Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. These are the stories of Jesus Christ life on Earth.
0:14.6	The friendships, the parables, the sacrifices, the meals, the miracles, and the book of
0:19.0	acts picks up right where the Gospels leaves off and takes us into the birth of the church, the continued
0:25.8	ministry of all the disciples and the conversion in the first years of Paul's ministry as well.
0:30.8	This is the book that answers, so then what happened and what do we do now?
0:35.0	So here's how this will work.
0:36.2	I'm going to read one chapter you today.
0:38.0	You can listen or watch on YouTube, read along in your own Bible,
0:41.4	and then I'll maybe reflect a little bit on what we read, and then I'll pray, and that's it.
0:45.0	And as we're wrapping up these last few days of our time in the Book of Acts,
0:49.0	one of the most fun things that we have heard from our Let's Read the Gospel's friends is how many of you
0:53.6	have been listening with your kids. It could just make me emotional. It's so cool
0:58.1	to hear about the conversations y'all are having as families about the things
1:01.5	you're learning from scripture.
1:03.4	That's why I'm so excited that our friends at Tindale have a new

1:10.6	It's written in the new living translation.
