And I'm Anna Palmer. Our colleagues, Eliana Johnson, Emily Stevenson, and Daniel Lipman have the story of the day on how President Donald Trump has gone rogue on phone security, using a cell phone that isn't equipped with sophisticated security features to shield his communications.

He uses another cell phone for Twitter.

AIDS wanted him to swap phones monthly, but the president has said it is too inconvenient.

One risk they report is that his phones have a camera and microphone that could be at risk of being hacked.

Some big news at Politico this morning. The Wall Street Journal broke the story that Politico is

starting a content sharing partnership with the English language South China Morning Post,

a newspaper based in Hong Kong. Politico publisher Robert All Britain called it a first step

and said it has the potential to be one of the biggest things Politico has ever done.

The Tennessean is reporting that Senator Bob Corker turned down an offer to become the next U.S.

ambassador to Australia.

And Rachel Bade and John Fresnahan have a piece up on the growing doubts that Paul Ryan

will be able to hold on to his speakership, noting recent fumbles by Ryan and his leadership team,

like the Farm Bill failing last week. On the immigration front, the House is at 17 votes

short from forcing a series of immigration votes on the House floor. The admission from Mick Mulvaney

that he chatted with McCarthy about Ryan leaving early is worth reviewing. Mulvaney's strategy that it would be good politics for Republicans if Democrats had to vote

for Pelosi for Speaker before Election Day illustrates that he might be a bit busy at OMB and

CFPB and not paying attention to the electoral climate. Republicans are not targeting Democrats

in any seat in America and at the the moment, instead are trying to hold

on to their majority. In fact, giving some Democrats a chance to vote against Pelosi might be good

for Democrats. On North Korea, the Washington Post is reporting that South Koreans are blaming

John Bolton for the hiccup in North Korea talks, and the AP has a report questioning whether
