found deceased after last being seen leaving his home in the company of two unidentified

males.

New details emerge in the disappearance of 18-year-old Madison Bell of Greenfield, Ohio, as

please describe a person of interest they are looking for.

The mayor of Louisville, Kentucky, has announced changes in police policy and the wake of the

killing of Brianna Taylor.

Taylor, a 26-year-old EMT, was fatally shot inside her home in March by plain close police

officers who were serving a non-knock warrant.

A body discovered in southwest Birmingham on Sunday has been identified as 25-year-old

Ryan Clayton, who has been missing since Thursday and whose car was discovered burned.

Clayton, a married sous chef who had worked for the club restaurant, disappeared after

leaving his downtown residence on Thursday afternoon.

Neighbors had seen him leave the house in the presence of two African-American men.

His car was also missing.

You'll want to Clayton, Ryan's mother, told AL.com that it was unusual for her son to

go out without his wife, quote, he goes to work and he comes home.

He doesn't do much else.
