And that causes problems for some people.

He's like, I want to hear about the rules.

What about the rules?

Well, you know what?

Rules aren't really that remarkable.

There's a lot of rules in the world.

In fact, the whole world works that way.

There's, you got to live up to this, you got to do that, you got to earn this, you got to deserve that. That's not remarkable. What's remarkable is

Grace. And here's the other thing that I've learned, and maybe you have too. Rules can be wonderful

and wise and help people live better lives. That's good. But they don't change anybody's heart.

Ever. Ever.

You can't throw rules down.

Oh, now my heart has changed.

That may whip them into shape.

They may start living by the rules.
