Good evening, everybody. Welcome to what was previously our Friday night weekly Q&A session.

We unfortunately had to change the name as much as I loved it because we're no longer doing it on Friday night.

We're actually doing it on Thursday night, as you undoubtedly can see if you're watching.

This is what we announced last week as well. We just think Thursday is a better day for a whole bunch of reasons. I think there are a couple people whose audience somewhat overlaps with ours as well, who do Friday night Q&A sessions at the same time. And people were becoming neurotic. They were having actual breakdowns because they couldn't decide, like, should I watch this person? Should I watch that person. and self-care is the most important thing for me when it comes to my audience my my

viewership my readership and always has been always has been it always will be and I really

wanted to alleviate this nervousness his tension this conflict internally that a lot of people

were feeling people going to therapists and the like so we moved it to Thursday and unfortunately that necessitate the name change because if we

continue to call it Friday night's Q&A, it would create a lot of confusion, which again is

what we're trying to avoid. We want to keep our audience secure, tranquil, balanced, not constantly

be creating yet another source of confusion in the world.

And so as much as I love that title and I was very attached to it, I love it so much, we reluctantly

decided that it's no longer going to be called Friday night Q&A. It's now going to be called

Thursday night Q&A. It is a radical and drastic change. But in life, you have to be ready for those.

You can't just be so attached to all the things that you've been doing, being afraid of change. Change is where potential and possibility reside. It's scary for me, too. I didn't want to change the name. I'm sure you don't want the name change, but we feel that aligning it with the reality of the world, with the reality of the show, ultimately merits the risk of the

change. So we're going to go with that. I'm not fully comfortable with it. I'm still a little

bit nervous about it. I think together we can all get through that. All right. So the format of this

program is really quite simple. It doesn't require a 10 minute explanation on my part, even though sometimes I give them, even sometimes when I preface those remarks by saying there's no need to give a long explanation.

Basically throughout the week and sometimes the day before, sometimes after, we collect questions, comments, critiques, topics that we are invited to speak on from our subscribers over at Substack.

And then we pick as many questions that we can try and give a good mix and make sure that the conversation is a high level, which invariable it is.

I do have a very well-informed readership.

Generally, I always have. That's what I've wanted to cultivate.
