A little trick you can use.

I think this is brilliant.

Counselor friend of mine told me he tells people to do this.

Because we were talking about anger and getting annoyed with people.

Okay.

He said he has people write down what it is that takes you off that this person does.

Like say you're going to go to Memorial Day weekend with family and there's always that guy who does that thing.

Write it down.

Okay.

And then he said, keep score.

Now this may seem like the last thing you should do.

Okay.

But he said, go ahead and keep score, like how many times he does it.

Okay.

Keep a running tab.

He said two things happen.

Number one, it's rarely as many times as people think it's going to be.

But the other thing is, it helps you to just separate yourself from what they're doing so you

realize it's their thing it's not you okay so you don't have to take it personally anymore

which is what we keep saying like just don't take it per it's them if you have somebody drives

...
