Reporting Center. Peter, welcome to the powercast after, I guess, several years. Yeah, well, thank you

very much. It's delightful to be here. Looking forward to two hours of talking about UFOs. There's a lot

going on. Well, we want to talk about that. We want to talk about your presentation before the citizen

hearing on disclosure. But I wanted to ask you one thing, and this is the issue we were discussing,

the last time you were on the show, you were in the process of acquiring or renovating a missile silo.

That's correct. For the longest time, decades ago, I aspired to own a missile site, an underground ICBM missile site.

And in 2005, an opportunity to own one presented itself. Six months later, after a lot of negotiation

and paraphernalia, I purchased one. And I own it, and I'm still cleaning it up. It's

two to three million tons of cement. It's a big project. But that's what I own, and some people collect stamps, others collect coins, and I collect a

missile site.

Now, is it a Minuteman site or a Nike site?
