coaching call for a corporation, good-sized software company. They've got a big sales force,

big operation staff, big company. And they've got thousands of clients that they serve. And I'm doing a training

for the corporation. And when the sales team, when it was their turn, the sales manager said,

well, these guys, they just don't like the dialer. They will do anything they can to get off of the

dialer. And to me, that made zero sense.

Like if I'm going to be on a job, especially if it's a commission job or a bonus job for

performance, if it's a pay for performance job, I'm going to perform because I want the highest pay possible.

It blows my mind when I see people to go take a job and they got to go somewhere for eight

hours and then they get there and instead of using those eight hours to be the mass

amount of productivity that they can, the max amount of output that they can do. Instead,

they'll go spend two of those eight hours on social media, one of those eight hours at the

water cooler on and off. Another one of those hours going back and forth to the bathroom.

haven't done shit and those are the same people that oftentimes wonder why the fuck they're broke

so anyway back to this coaching call that I'm doing and I said man I don't understand why you guys wouldn't want to be on the dialer
