And for the listeners tuning in today that don't know so much about your upbringing, let's take us back for a bit.

You're born in Belarus, Soviet Union, and in the late 70s immigrated to Queens, New York, knowing zero English.

You came from poor conditions and your family didn't have so much. Can you give us some insight into that chapter in your life?

You know, I've come to learn how much I like psychology and human behavior.

And when I think about that chapter in my life, I realize how much that was the establishment of who I am today.
