Okay, so we're going to start with time management because that's something I know a lot of our leaders still grapple with.

They've heard all everything when it comes to time management, but you unpack a really interesting principle here.

In the book, you say time is a constant, but we treat it as a variable. Explain that to us.

Well, time in general is a really interesting thing because the construct of a 24-hour day happened a long time ago.
