Welcome to the Bronx Pinstripe show one week away from opening day.

I was talking to actually Ilya last night how this is like the fastest but also the slowest spring training that I can remember.

I feel like on the one hand it just started.

On the other hand, these are the dog days of spring where you're just waiting for opening day to start.

We were supposed to start tomorrow. Yeah. I think was the original, uh, original start date, right?

So, um, yeah, it, it's a strange, uh, it's a strange little interlude, I guess, to the regular

season because it seems like lockout regular season, but there is spring training in here.

You know, we got some guys having a good spring. So it's, it's good. But yeah, it's a little strange with the time. It's been 30 degrees in the Northeast. So if baseball was starting on the 31st and

it's 30 degrees outside, you're just like, what, like, what are we doing out here? This is not

baseball weather.

I almost like am for a mid-April start every year if they could work out the schedule somehow, but it just does not feel like baseball around here right now. It's just gone back to winter. Well, the Yankees were going to start in Texas. That's true. That was going to be, you know, But that's not every year.

Not every year for sure.

If you can work it out where, you know. But that's not every year.

If you can work it out where, you know, some of these Northeast teams are starting down on the road.

But you just, you just can't do that.
